Directory can be General or niche based. Both type of directories works at best. TLD and subdomain affects at some extent, better have a Top level domain. At last you need a directory script to set your directory. phpld, Esyndicate, phplynx are the great scripts with the paid and free both versions. Installation of these scripts are simpler than any other ever seen. Once installed just have some nice template that suites the directory niche. set the category and mailer of your directories. there are many pre made category dumps out over the web. I am not a die-hard fan of twitter but it is sometimes great to stay updated regarding some news and other sensational topics. Many twitter users like me follow each and every follower. but many of them not even twitt daily / weekly / monthly / yearly. These guys are just Idle.

You want to stay updated but twitter had a limit for you :

For follow limit you have only single way to not to follow few profiles !! how ?? I just found Twitoria. It is nice to use. Easy UI. Basically Twittoria founds the friend who had not twitted over a period !!

Twitoria is based on Twitter API so only 100 idle friends are shown. Also Private profiles are not seen with Twitoria. Although twitoria had some limitation but it is a nice tool for Twitter users.
