This is solely for adsense publishers, everyone knows google and Doubleclick has some ventures. so here are the changes for Adsense publishers in their privacy policy.
Its all about the Cookies set by the Double click ads to the visitors. All you have to mention is that
Google is third party vendor of your site that uses cookies to serves advertisement over your site
Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
Just update your site policy to avoid Hasty Decisions from Big G

Thanks for informing about this. I knew about the doubleclick cookie issue but not thought about at least linking to the privacy policy.

Don’t know why, but even after my strong desire to collaborate with adsense, my request for signing up in their service always get rejected……
Hope someone would be able to let me know why
